Healthcare professionals interested in setting up a photodynamic therapy service.
Format of Course:
The course consists of a detailed educational unit on the
management of patients undergoing photodynamic therapy. Students are expected to
work through the course material and to learn how to link theory with practice
through reflective learning. The amount of study required may vary according to
personal experience but it is anticipated that 30 hours of private study will be
required to complete the course. Responses to the reflection points should be
returned to the course administrator for marking within six weeks . Work will be
marked and returned to students within 21 days. A certificate of attendance will
be awarded on successful completion of reflection points.
